meaning:4

MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE (Depraved Indifference Murder)

2005: George W. Bush Urged Us to Prepare for Future Pandemics

International Campaigns Effective Against a Coronavirus

If one were to look at South Korea, or Taiwan; who have Experience with, Prepared for, and have Effectively Responded to Numerous Coronavirus; one would see that they Generally do the following on a National basis:

  1. Facemasks are worn in public.
  2. Temperatures are taking at points of entry.
  3. Testing is provided with timely results.
  4. Contact Tracing is done.
  5. Monitoring of Quarintined patients is done.

Aprill 2: Taiwan's aggressive efforts are paying off in fight against COVID-19

As the coronavirus pandemic spreads around the world, Taiwan seems to have it under control.

The island is only 80 miles off the coast of mainland China and very near to where the virus originated; plus there were many daily flights to it from Wuhan.

But Taiwan has only 329 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and only five people have died from it. Nick Schifrin reports on this COVID-19 success story.

April 10: The big lesson from South Korea's coronavirus response

In South Korea, citizens have flattened the curve of the novel coronavirus -- and it's because of lessons they learned from fighting the MERS outbreak in 2015.

Through a combination of aggressive and widespread testing measures, along with a system know as “contact tracing,” they’ve been better positioned to spot the path of the virus and curb its spread.

While they are still vigilant for a second wave of Covid-19 cases, people in South Korea are slowly returning to public life.

Watch the video above to find out how their testing and contact tracing measures work, and how it can be a lesson for countries still in lockdown.

Trump Neglected to Prepare for, or Respond to, the Coronavirus

Trump was Warned to Prepare for a Pandemic in Jan 2017; and was Warned to Prepare for, or Respond to, the Pandemic at least 11 Times.

But, Trump Neglected to Prepare for, or Respond to, the Coronavirus.

And, Trump Neglected to establish a National Campaign with Standardized National Requirements to Counter the Coronavirus involving:

  1. Social Distancing.
  2. Facemasks.
  3. Temperature taking
  4. Testing with 24 hour Results.
  5. Contact Tracing.
  6. Monitoring Quarintined patients.

May 7: Timeline: Trump's Coronavirus Response

Don’t let Trump rewrite the timeline on his coronavirus response. From 2014 to today, here are the facts in chronological order.

Trump Neglected to establish a National Coronavirus Campaign

Trump was Warned to Prepare for a Pandemic in Jan 2017; and was Warned to Prepare for, or Respond to, the Pandemic at least 11 Times.

But Trump Never established a National Campaign with Standardized National Requirements to Counter the Coronavirus involving:

  1. Social Distancing.
  2. Facemasks.
  3. Temperature taking
  4. Testing with 24 hour Results.
  5. Contact Tracing.
  6. Monitoring Quarintined patients.

Instead, Trump Negligently:

  1. Negligently called the Pandemic a "Hoax"
  2. Negligently said it would "Disapear".
  3. Negligently Downplayed the Importance of Social Distancing, using Facemasks, and of Testing.
  4. Negligently Promoted Anti-Maskers.  These individuals are Spreaders of the Coronavirus.
  5. Negligently Pushed his supporters to Rally Publicly Demanding the Economies be Re-Openned.  These Ralles were in effect Super-Spreader Rallies of the Coronavirus.
  6. Negligently Organized & Produced Rallies.  These Ralles were in effect Super-Spreader Rallies of the Coronavirus.

The above photo is a recent Trump Rally.

Note: No Social Distancing & NO Facemasks.

Truimp's Negligent Actions Resulted in the following:

  1. Allowed the Coronavirus to go Unchecked and to Spread Nationally, to the point where now over 6 Million Americans are Infected and over 190,000 Americans are DEAD..
  2. Caused the U.S. Stock Market to Crash.
  3. Required the U.S. to go into a National Shutdown.
  4. Resulted in 50,000,000+ Americans Losing their Jobs.
  5. Resulted in 30+% of Americans going Unemployed.
  6. Resulted in a 30+% Increase in Bankruptcies.
  7. Resulted in the U.S. going into a Recession; but I think it is a Depression.

If at any time; Trump had established a National Campaign with Standardized National Requirements to Stop the Spread of the Coronavirus, perhaps with the following National Requirements, it's spread would have been Greatly Reduced to perhaps 5% to 10%:

  1. Social Distancing.
  2. Facemasks.
  3. Testing with 24 hour Results.
  4. Contact Tracing.
  5. Monitoring Quarintined patients.

If Trump had established a National Campaign with Standardized National Requirements to Stop the Spread of the Coronavirus then it's spread would have been greatly reduced to perhaps 5% to 10% and it would have Flatlined, as shown by the Blue Line in the following graph.

But Trump Negligenlty did Nothing and the Coronavirus Spread Nationally and Exponentially, as shown by the Orange Line in the following graph..
