You can bring the files to Staples or FedEx and have them printed on vinyl with grommets in the corners.

Frame for Signs

I designed and built a 4′ high x 3′ wide frame made of PVC irrigation tubbing , PVC Tee Fittings, and bungee cords to connect the grommets of the sign to the Tee Fittings.

(2) 4′ x .5″ PVC irrigation tubbing
(2) 3′ x .5″ PVC irrigation tubbing
(3) 1/2 in. PVC Sch. 40 FPT x FPT x FPT Tee Fitting
(1) 1/2 in. PVC Schedule 40 S x S x Female Pipe Thread Tee Fitting
Heavy-Duty Black UV Treated Stretch Tie Loops, Reusable 6 in. 12-Pack Ball Bungee Canopy Tarp Tie Down Cord

Using the 4′ irrigation tubbing for the sides, and the 3′ irrigation tubbing for the top & bottom; I would connect the top & bottom, with the Threaded Tee Fitting with one end point Up or Down to allow you to connect the bungee cord to it.

For the last corner; you will need to use one (1) Slip x Slip x Female Pipe Threaded Tee Fitting to tie it all together, threading it onto the side and slipping it onto the bottom.

The following photos shows a FPT x FPT x FPT with one end pointing up, and a completely assembled frame. The top connectors should be pointing up, while the bottom ones should point down.

The following photos show how I connect the sign to the frame using bungee cords. First, I insert the bungee cord through the grommet from the back to the front, then from the front I loop the bungee cord over the top tub and back under, and finally I loop the bungee cord over the top of the Tee Connector.

And when you have connected all the corners, you have a High Visibility Sign, which should be visible from 100 feet away.
